Results with any aesthetic/beauty/medical service vary from person to person are not guaranteed, and sometimes individuals do not respond as expected or hoped at no fault of the facility or personnel. Sometimes results are achieved but may not last as long as expected; in addition, adverse effects do occur. As standard policy, and as standard in the aesthetic industry, no refunds are given.

 

We do not offer refunds on any services, but if you call before 24 hours to cancel, we will reschedule for you based on your convenience and use your previous payment for the new appointment. However, if you do not call to cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit any payments or deposits made towards the scheduled service.
